Nine adjustable height settings
Adjust the bar from 106–151cm across nine settings to suit the gymnast and exercise. Follow the supplied instructions and secure the height adjustments before each session.

The assembled dimensions are approximately 145 × 125 × 106–151cm, and the bar weighs approximately 18.1kg. Allow additional clear space around and above the frame for your intended exercises and suitable protective matting.

Understand the weight ratings
Maximum static capacity: 100kg. Maximum recommended dynamic load: 32kg.
The static rating applies to stationary loading. Movement creates greater forces, so the 100kg rating does not mean that a 100kg person can perform gymnastics movements on the bar. Choose exercises appropriate to the equipment and gymnast with guidance from their coach.

How do I assemble the bar?

Is adult supervision required?
Yes. Children must be supervised by an adult whenever the bar is in use. Keep the practice area clear, use suitable protective matting and follow the supplied instructions.
How do I care for the bar?
Check the frame, crossbar, fixings, folding mechanisms and height adjustments before each session for looseness, damage or wear. Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not soak the wooden crossbar. Store indoors in a dry place and stop using the bar if a part is damaged or cannot be secured correctly.

Checks before use
Check the frame, wooden crossbar, fixings, height adjustments and folding mechanisms for looseness, damage or wear before each session. Ensure all adjustments are secured according to the assembly instructions. Stop using the bar if any part is damaged or cannot be secured correctly.
Cleaning
Wipe the frame and beech wood crossbar with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry thoroughly. Avoid soaking the wood or using bleach, solvents, abrasive cleaners or steam cleaners.
Folding and storage
An adult should adjust and fold the bar, keeping fingers clear of moving joints. Store indoors in a dry place, away from damp conditions and direct heat. Lift carefully when repositioning rather than dragging it across the floor.
