How do I inflate an Air Track?

How long does it take to inflate and deflate?
Inflation typically takes 1–3 minutes, depending on size and pump power. Deflation takes about the same time.
Can I adjust the firmness of my Air Track?
Yes! Adding more air increases firmness, while releasing air makes it softer. Adjust to match your preference and training level.
How do I clean my Air Track?
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers that may damage the material.
Can I use my Air Track outdoors?
Yes, but always set it up on a clean, flat surface free of sharp objects. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent material degradation.

2. Size & Space
- Small spaces (indoors): Opt for a 3m–4m length.
- Medium spaces (gardens, gyms): 5m–6m works well.
