Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard.  You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and a contract between us will commence when we have sent you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
 
Shipping And Handling
Postage is FREE for most mainland postcodes for purchases over £89 . However some areas have a surcharge from our carriers. All BT postcodes and offshore islands including the Isle of Wight please call for quote.
 
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 2 business days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
 
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
 
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We guarantee your satisfaction.
Please note that all of our products are based on a back to base guarantee which means you will need to pay for and send any items back to us to either repair or replace if its within the guarantee time scale. All products unless otherwise stated on their product page, come with a 1 year warranty.

Returns Policy

Returns/Refunds/Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind about buying a product, you may cancel the purchase or return the item after you place your order at any time until the expiry of thirty days after you receive the products (the "Cooling-Off Period"). In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy set out below. You must return the product to us in the original packing and in new and unused condition so that we receive it within thirty days after you cancel the contract. All products must be returned in original (new) condition and in original packaging.
If you receive products which are faulty on arrival or are not what you ordered then we shall, at our option, replace or repair any damaged, defective or incorrect products, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem in writing at support@cannonsuk.com within 3 working days of delivery of the products.
To cancel any contract or order, you must inform us in writing by email to support@cannonsuk.com and we will send you instructions on how to return the order. If your order has not shipped yet and we are able to stop the shipment, there will be no charges. If you have received your order, you must return the product in the same condition in which you received it, and at your own risk. You must return the product at your own cost unless it is not what you ordered. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to take reasonable care of any products and do not return them to us in their original condition, we may have a right to seek compensation from you for any loss of, or damage to, the product, including a partial refund, or no refund. If you need to return you product because you have changed your mind, this will need to in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, if the product comes back to us dirty or damaged, you may incur additional costs 
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. The refund will occur after the product has been inspected, as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days of the day we have received your return.
