Add a compact training station to your gymnastics setup with the Cannons UK Air Track Pro Air Spot. Its circular inflatable surface offers adjustable firmness and rebound for suitable individual drills.
Choose Small, Medium or Large in Blue, Pink or Rainbow, with a carry bag and repair kit included.
Choose your size

The measurements are diameter × thickness. Larger sizes provide both a wider circular surface and a deeper inflated profile. Ask your instructor which size and firmness suit the gymnast and the exercises you intend to practise.
Adjust the feel to suit your training
Changing the air pressure changes the firmness and rebound. Follow the supplied inflation instructions and check the pressure before each session.
Use the Air Spot for suitable coached take-off, rebound and conditioning drills. Its circular footprint suits individual training stations; allow enough clear space and surrounding matting for your exercises.
Pack away between sessions
The Air Spot can be deflated and packed into its included carry bag for storage or transport.
For outdoor use, choose a clean, flat, smooth surface with a protective groundsheet underneath. Keep it away from sharp objects and allow it to dry completely before packing away.

What is an Air Spot?
It is a round inflatable training surface for suitable individual gymnastics drills, including coached take-off, rebound and conditioning exercises.
What sizes are available?
Small: 70cm diameter × 10cm thick. Medium: 100cm diameter × 20cm thick. Large: 140cm diameter × 30cm thick.
Do the sizes refer to length or diameter?
The first measurement is the diameter across the circular surface; the second is the inflated thickness.
Which size should I choose?
Consider the gymnast, exercises and available space. Increasing the size changes both diameter and thickness. Ask your instructor to confirm the appropriate option; size alone does not determine skill suitability.
Which colours are available?
Blue, Pink and Rainbow in all three sizes.
Can I adjust the firmness?
Yes. Adjust pressure following the supplied inflation instructions and check before each session. Avoid overinflation.
How does it compare with an Air Track mat?
The Air Spot has a circular footprint for individual training stations. A longer rectangular Air Track provides more space along the mat. Choose according to your intended exercises.

Cleaning
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid solvents, abrasive cleaners and stiff brushes. Allow the Air Spot to dry completely before packing away.
Before each session
Check the surface, seams and valve for damage and check the air pressure. Follow the supplied inflation instructions and avoid overinflation. Temperature changes can affect pressure, so recheck the firmness when moving between spaces.
Protecting your Air Spot
Use on a clean, flat, smooth surface, away from sharp objects. Outdoors, place a protective groundsheet underneath. Lift rather than drag the Air Spot.
Storage
Deflate following the supplied instructions and pack the clean, dry Air Spot into its carry bag. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight and sources of heat.
Repairs
A repair kit is included for suitable minor repairs. Follow the repair instructions and allow the required curing time before reinflating. Stop using the Air Spot if it is damaged or loses pressure, and contact Cannons UK for advice.
