Create a dedicated space for gymnastics practice with the Cannons UK Air Track Pro 5m × 1m, in 10cm or 20cm thickness. Its inflatable construction provides a cushioned training surface with adjustable firmness, while the centre guide line helps gymnasts maintain alignment during exercises.
Choose a 10cm or 20cm thickness, each with a 5m × 1m training surface. The 5m length offers an extra metre of space compared with our 4m model. Choose from Blue or Pink to suit your space.
Adjust the feel to suit your training
Adjusting the air pressure changes the firmness and rebound of the mat. Follow the supplied inflation instructions to achieve the appropriate feel for your exercises, and check the pressure before each session.
Always allow enough clear space around the mat and choose exercises appropriate to its 5m length and 1m width. Ask your instructor to confirm the required training and landing space. For alternative lengths, explore our 4m and 6m Air Track Pro mats.
Choose your thickness
Both versions have the same 5m × 1m footprint. The 20cm option has a deeper inflated profile than the 10cm version. Thickness alone does not determine suitability: ask your instructor which option and air pressure suit your intended exercises.

The centre guide line provides a visual reference for alignment. Velcro strips at both ends allow you to build a compatible training setup.

Expand your training setup
Velcro strips on the top of both ends allow you to connect compatible Air Track Pro mats, air boards or air blocks using a suitable Velcro connector. Build a setup around the exercises you want to practise, checking compatibility before ordering.
Deflate, pack and store
The mat can be deflated and folded into its included carry bag for storage or transport. It can also be used outdoors on a clean, flat surface with a protective groundsheet. Allow it to dry completely before packing away.

What size is this Air Track?

Is 5m long enough for my gymnastics skills?
That depends on the gymnast and the exercise. Measure your space, allow clear areas around the mat and ask your instructor to confirm the required training and landing space. A 5m mat is not suitable for every tumbling sequence.

Cleaning
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid solvents, abrasive cleaners and stiff brushes. Allow the Air Track to dry completely before packing away.
Before each session
Check the surface, seams and valve for damage and check the air pressure. Follow the supplied inflation instructions and avoid overinflation. Temperature changes can affect pressure, so recheck the firmness when moving between spaces.
Protecting your Air Track
Use on a clean, flat, smooth surface, away from sharp objects. Outdoors, place a protective groundsheet underneath. Lift rather than drag the mat and keep connecting strips clean and free from debris.
Storage
Deflate following the supplied instructions and pack the clean, dry mat into its carry bag. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight and sources of heat.
Repairs
A repair kit is included for suitable minor repairs. Follow the repair instructions and allow the required curing time before reinflating. Stop using the mat if it is damaged or loses pressure, and contact Cannons UK for advice.
