Cannons UK Air Track Pro Extreme – 3m Inflatable Gymnastics Mat
Create a flexible gymnastics training space with the Cannons UK Air Track Pro Extreme 3m × 1m × 10cm. With Velcro on all four sides, the Extreme gives you more connection options when building a setup with compatible Air Track Pro equipment.
Its inflatable construction provides a cushioned training surface with adjustable firmness, while the alignment markings help guide positioning during exercises. Available in Blue or Pink.
Four-sided connections for a versatile setup
The Extreme’s defining feature is its Velcro connection strips on all four sides. Unlike the standard 3m Air Track Pro, which has strips at its two ends, the Extreme offers connection points along the sides too.
Use compatible, separately purchased Velcro connectors to attach suitable air tracks, air boards or air blocks. Check dimensions and connector compatibility before ordering.
Adjust the feel to suit your training
Adjusting the air pressure changes the firmness and rebound of the mat. Follow the supplied inflation instructions to achieve the appropriate feel for your exercises, and check the pressure before each session.
The compact 3m length is a practical choice for practising individual skills at home or within a coached training setup. Always allow enough clear space around the mat and choose exercises appropriate to its length and width.
Quality construction and practical details
The Air Track Pro Extreme uses 1,000-denier double-wall fabric, with approximately 80,000 internal threads per square metre, and 0.9mm PVC sidewalls. This construction helps the mat maintain its shape when inflated.
A smooth training surface, alignment markings and non-slip underside provide a practical setup for gymnastics drills. Two Bravo valves and two carry handles support inflation checks and handling.
Each Air Track Pro is inflated for 24 hours before packing as part of our quality checks.
Deflate, pack and store
When training is finished, deflate the mat and fold it into its included carry bag for storage or transport.
It can also be used outdoors on a clean, flat surface with a protective groundsheet. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and allow the mat to dry completely before packing away.

1. What size is the Extreme Air Track?
It measures 3m long × 1m wide × 10cm thick when inflated. Allow additional clear space around the mat for your chosen activity.
2. What makes the Extreme model different?
The Extreme has Velcro on all four sides, allowing compatible equipment to be connected at the ends or along the sides. The standard 3m Air Track Pro has connection strips at its two ends.
3. What is included?
The Extreme Air Track comes with a carry bag, repair kit and inflation/deflation instructions. Pumps, connectors and additional training equipment are purchased separately.
4. Is a pump included?
No. If you do not already have a compatible pump, the Bravo 8M foot pump and Bravo OV10 electric blower are available separately.
5. Which colours are available?

8. Is this suitable for home gymnastics?
It can be used for practising individual skills where there is enough clear space and suitable supervision. Longer tumbling sequences may require a longer or wider mat. Ask your coach which size suits the intended exercises.
9. Can I use it outdoors?
Yes, on a clean, flat surface free from sharp objects, with a protective groundsheet. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, check pressure as temperatures change and dry fully before storing.
10. How do I clean and store it?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, remove residue and let it dry completely. Keep the Velcro clean. Deflate fully, fold according to the instructions and store in its carry bag in a cool, dry place.
11. What should I do if it develops a leak?
Check that the valve is correctly closed and follow the supplied instructions to identify the source. Small punctures may be repairable using the included repair kit. Contact Cannons UK if you suspect a valve or seam fault.
12. Does it come with a warranty?
Yes. It has a two-year manufacturing-defect warranty. Contact Cannons UK with your order details and photographs or a video of the issue for advice.

Clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then wipe away any residue. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners. Allow the air track to dry completely before folding or storing.
Before each use, check the air pressure, valves, seams and Velcro connections. Follow the supplied inflation instructions and do not overinflate. Temperature changes can affect pressure, so check again during outdoor use.
Place on a clean, flat surface free from sharp objects. Use a protective groundsheet outdoors and avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Lift using the carry handles rather than dragging. Keep the Velcro strips free from dirt and debris to maintain their grip.
Deflate fully before folding, following the supplied instructions. Store in the carry bag in a cool, dry place, away from heat and sharp objects.
