Each tile is made using our exclusive cold-mould process – a UK first – which ensures superior dimensional accuracy, a non-crumbing surface, and a low-friction top layer that’s easier to clean and softer underfoot.
The solid grey finish adds a clean, professional look to any fitness space, while the tight ±0.5% tolerance makes installation seamless – with no adhesive required for most setups.

No adhesive is required. Each tile weighs approximately 18.5kg, providing enough weight and density to stay firmly in place. For large areas or high-impact zones, you can optionally use double-sided tape or edging for added security.
📏 What are the dimensions and tolerances?
Each tile measures 1m x 1m and is 20mm thick. Thanks to our cold-press manufacturing process, size tolerances are extremely defined:

🦶 Are these tiles non-slip?
Yes. These tiles are certified R10 slip resistant (DIN 51130) and Class DS (EN 14041), providing excellent grip for both dry and slightly wet conditions.

Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove debris. For deeper cleaning, use a mop with warm water and a mild pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid harsh solvents or bleach. If using chalk ensure this is vacuumed before mopping to avoid issues when the chalk dust dries.
