Cannons UK Flatline 20mm Rubber Gym Flooring Ramped Edge
Give your gym flooring a neat perimeter finish with the Flatline black rubber ramped edge. Designed to sit alongside compatible 20mm Flatline rubber tiles, its tapered profile creates a gradual transition between the flooring and the surrounding floor.
Each ramp measures 1m long × 12.5cm wide, rising to 20mm at the edge that meets the tiles.
Finish exposed flooring edges
Use ramped edging along open sides and entrances to your flooring area. The black rubber finish complements Flatline black gym tiles for a consistent appearance.
Check the thickness and profile of your flooring before ordering. These ramps are intended for compatible 20mm Flatline flooring; matching thickness alone does not confirm compatibility with other ranges.
Make corners from ramped edging
Pre-made corner pieces have been discontinued and will not be restocked. You can create corner sections by cutting ramped edging to suit your layout.

Trim and fit to your layout
The rubber edging can be trimmed using a sharp utility knife and a suitable cutting surface. Measure and mark your cuts carefully, and check the fit before securing the edging.
Lay on a clean, dry, level subfloor. The appropriate fixing method depends on the subfloor and installation; contact us for advice on a suitable adhesive where required. Check that the finished ramps remain secure before use.
Help planning your edging
Measure the exposed sides of your flooring, then allow for corners and any trimming. Each full-length ramp provides 1 metre of straight edging before cutting.

Will these fit any 20mm gym mat?
They are designed for compatible 20mm Flatline rubber flooring. Other ranges may have different profiles or dimensions, so contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Do I need adhesive?

Can gym equipment stand on the ramps?
Position equipment on the level flooring rather than the tapered ramps. Keep the edging clear for access around the flooring.
