Premium 40mm mats for martial arts training

The mats are reversible, red on one side and black on the other. Lay one colour throughout or alternate them to mark out training zones. Interlocking jigsaw edges connect the mats into a larger area, with border strips included for exposed edges.

This 40mm Premium mat provides a thicker cushioned layer than the 20mm and 30mm Standard versions. It is suited to martial arts drills, groundwork and floor exercises in busy clubs as well as home training spaces. EVA foam with a stated density of 120kg/m³ and hardness of Shore C 45.
3. Which colours are on each mat?

Wipe with mild soap and a damp cloth, then allow it to dry fully. Avoid soaking and harsh chemicals.

Wipe the mats with a damp cloth and mild soap when needed. New mats may have some residual release agent from manufacturing; if the surface feels slippery, clean with mild soap or diluted sugar soap, remove the residue with a clean damp cloth and allow them to dry fully before use.
Avoid harsh solvents, abrasive cleaners and soaking the foam. Check the jigsaw joins and floor stability before training. Store flat in a clean, dry place when not in use.
