30mm Premium mats for martial arts training

Each mat is reversible, with red on one side and black on the other. Use a single colour or alternate them to mark out training zones. Interlocking jigsaw edges join the mats into a larger floor, and border strips are included to finish exposed edges.

Wipe the mats with a damp cloth and mild soap when needed. New mats may have some residual release agent from manufacturing; if the surface feels slippery, clean with mild soap or diluted sugar soap, remove the residue with a clean damp cloth and allow them to dry fully before use.
Avoid harsh solvents, abrasive cleaners and soaking the foam. Check the jigsaw joins and floor stability before training. Store flat in a clean, dry place when not in use.
