Coronavirus COVID-19 Delivery Updates

We are still able to offer delivery following the Prime Ministers announcement yesterday [23rd March 2020 20:30 GMT]

Please be aware that we are actively monitoring this rapidly evolving situation at all times while working within the ‘Preventative guidelines from Public Health England’.  

We will continue to provide the best delivery service we can while protecting the health and safety of our staff and customers, therefore our products may be delayed and could take up to 2 working days to be delivered (excluding pre order or made to order items). There may be more changes in the coming days and weeks which we will keep you informed on.  Thank you for your understanding.

Deliveries to France, Italy, Spain and Germany

Deliveries to France, Italy, Spain and Germany continue as normal, although you can expect delays of up to 48 hours.  There are long delays at some borders due to the extra checks on people which is impacting on delivery times and  there are also a reduced number of pick up points which is affecting the ability of customers to collect parcels if they are out.

We will confirm expected delivery date to you when emailing across your courier tracking information.
