Description
Gym Flooring Tiles BeFit Black series
Flatline Black gym flooring tiles measure 100cm x 50cm, offering a practical and durable flooring solution for gyms of all sizes.
Cannons UK are proud to introduce the BeFit tiles, manufactured using a COLD process that sets new standards for recycled rubber flooring. (No other company in the UK offers this.)
This process has been years in the making and makes fitting the tiles easier than ever.
Unlike other recycled rubber flooring that use a Hot process, there is almost no tolerance. Each mat is precisely 1m x 50cm, meaning every tile is the same size as the next. No gaps, no forcing them together — simply install side by side or in a brickwork pattern, it’s your choice.
No bad smells (VOC Tested) or crumbly loose surface, unlike other alternatives. We only use Binder (adhesive) direct from Germany to prevent this.
No gaps or compressing them together to make them fit. Install side by side or brickwork pattern, its your choice.
Also we are the only suppliers in the UK where rubber mats have passed REACH certification (click here for full details) and VOC tested (Click here for full details)
High-density (heavy duty) and heavy enough (9kg each) so you don’t need adhesives to fix them. But for a better result we always advise to fix gym floor mats with adhesives. Easy to cut with a utility knife.
Thickness is 20 mm and are suitable to use for free weight areas, weightlifting flooring and CrossFit gym flooring.

Gym Tiles Flatline, Is it Safe?
Rubber gym tiles are an environmentally friendly floor covering, because of them being a recycled and rebuilt product made from non-toxic and low VOC polyurethane bonding raw materials. There are no contaminations like metals, stones or other plastic materials so it is safe for the skin to touch. Flatline series 20mm are metal-free commercial gym flooring tiles.
With our advanced technology, the surface is 100% flat and anti-porous. This provides easier cleaning, a softer feel underfoot, and no unpleasant smells compared to traditional rubber gym tiles.

FAQ
1. What are the dimensions of the BeFit Flatline Gym Flooring?
Each tile measures 1m x 50cm and has a thickness of 20mm, making it a compact and durable flooring solution.
2. Is this flooring suitable for commercial gyms?
Yes! The BeFit Flatline 20mm rubber flooring is designed for both home and commercial gyms, offering excellent shock absorption and durability.
3. What material is the flooring made of?
These tiles are made from high-density recycled rubber, ensuring a non-slip, impact-resistant surface that protects floors and reduces noise.
4. Can this flooring be used for weightlifting areas?
Yes! The 20mm thickness provides enhanced cushioning, making it ideal for weightlifting, functional fitness, and heavy-duty gym use. It helps absorb impact from dropped weights and protects subflooring.
5. Do the tiles require adhesive for installation?
For most installations, adhesive is not required, as the weight and interlocking design help keep the tiles in place. However, for high-traffic areas, double-sided tape or adhesive can be used for added security.
6. How do I clean and maintain the flooring?
- Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove dust and debris.
- Mop with warm water and a mild detergent when needed.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals that may damage the rubber surface.
7. Can this flooring be used outdoors?
While the tiles are highly durable, they are primarily designed for indoor use.
8. Is there a smell from the rubber?
No bad smells (VOC tested). We only use a binder from Germany to prevent this
9. Are bulk discounts available?
Yes! We offer bulk discounts for larger orders. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote based on your required quantity.
10. What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original condition. Please click here for full details
