These are heavy duty Grip plates which are cast iron core with in encased in a heavy duty rubber covering to reduce noise and to protect your floor and equipment.

As they are Tri Grip they are very easy to pickup and convenient to use.  This way they can be used for a range of compound and isolated movements even without a barbell.

Please note that these are not bumper plates so not suitable for dropping from a height.
