Customer Service Advisor
CANNONS UK are looking for someone to become part of their team in the role of Customer Service Advisor based in North Lopham IP22 2HQ
The successful applicant will
- Handle customer enquiries, answering questions over the phone, emails and online
- Provide support and product/service information to customers
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Print and check orders through the website, Amazon and Ebay
- Print courier labels, liaising with the warehouse throughout the day
- Liaise with the couriers, chasing deliveries or collections
- Answer all incoming calls in a courteous manner
- Take orders over the phone and process them through the system
The successful applicant must
- Have a confident and polite telephone manner
- Be a team player
- Be computer literate
- Have good customer service skills
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude
- Have a good sense of humour
The hours for this position are:
Monday 7am to 4pm
Tuesday - Thursday 9am to 5pm
Friday 9am to 4pm
Salary will be based on your experience; full system training will be given.
