    CANNONS UK are looking for someone to become part of their team in the role of Customer Service Advisor based in North Lopham IP22 2HQ

    The successful applicant will

    • Handle customer enquiries, answering questions over the phone, emails and online
    • Provide support and product/service information to customers
    • Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
    • Print and check orders through the website, Amazon and Ebay
    • Print courier labels, liaising with the warehouse throughout the day
    • Liaise with the couriers, chasing deliveries or collections
    • Answer all incoming calls in a courteous manner
    • Take orders over the phone and process them through the system

    The successful applicant must

    • Have a confident and polite telephone manner
    • Be a team player
    • Be computer literate
    • Have good customer service skills
    • Have a ‘can do’ attitude
    • Have a good sense of humour

    The hours for this position are:

    Monday 7am to 4pm

    Tuesday - Thursday 9am to 5pm

    Friday 9am to 4pm

     

    Salary will be based on your experience; full system training will be given.
